I was born in Ohio, but my work has brought me to Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh, and (currently) Berlin.

I love editing for the slight-of-eye: guiding my viewers' with eye-candy and getting to the heart of a story in limited time. I also love the collaborative process: taking all my feedback and trying as many ideas as possible. I see it all as a big jigsaw puzzle, and I am always eager to find the perfect fit for every piece. 

My attention to time and detail, communicative skills, and playfulness have all proven useful in creative partnerships, of which I am lucky to have had many with filmmakers, artists, and film technology innovators. I don't know what the future holds, but if you have a vision and think I could be of service to it, reach out and let your heart sing. 

Often but not always separate from this work, I am also a practicing visual media and movement artist.
